Secure Transactions
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. To check the security of your connection, check the indicator in your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active. A second method to check for security is to look at the URL line of the browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http://" to "https://".

Return Policy
Merchandise purchased from tkgsf.com can be returned for refund or exchange (excepting any item that is listed on our website and/or your invoice as ‘All Sales Final’) within the guidelines that follow: You must contact us regarding your intent to return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must arrive at our office within 14 days of the date we issue your return authorization. All merchandise received for return or exchange must be in brand new, unused condition. Returns or exchanges received in unacceptable condition will be returned and no refund will be issued.
Step 1.
Within 10 days of receiving your order, e-mail [email protected] to obtain your return authorization information. We will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.
Step 2.
Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package so that it will be routed to the returns department. All packages without an RA# number are subject to refusal. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of the date your RA information is issued.
Step 3.
All returns should be properly packaged, with all the labels and packaging the item(s) arrived with. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer, but we will not be held liable for items that are lost, rifled or damaged in transit.
Step 4.
You may expect return services to be completed within three to five business days after we receive the merchandise. Once return services are complete, we will send you an email confirming the transaction.
The Return Postage Issue
You will be responsible for any postage associated with a return or exchange. If you receive faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we may cover the postage - please contact us via e-mail or telephone using the contact information above for details. Please follow all return shipping instructions above for either reason for return.

Package Tracking
If you choose UPS shipping services, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment from UPS ([email protected]) which will contain your tracking information once your order is shipped. Please be on the lookout for this message! Once received, your tracking number can be entered into the UPS website (http://www.ups.com) to track progress on your shipment. No tracking information is available for USPS shipments.
